Failure to send a final transcript could result in a denial or delayed entry into college. Please submit your transcript request by one of the following options:
Parchment is the preferred method for all official transcript requests. It is an online electronic service that allows transcripts to be sent to colleges in a timely manner.
All University of California schools require the use of Parchment.
Please click HERE for instructions on how to use Parchment.

Library and Chromebooks
Check your Library account HERE to see if you have materials due or fees owed.
Texts and Chromebooks must be returned by June 12th. Your materials will be returned during one of your classes; you will receive instructions on when and where this will occur.
Graduating seniors no longer keep their Chromebooks.

The final deadline for returns and payments is Wednesday, June 12th . All textbooks, library books and Chromebooks must be returned and any fees paid by this date! Diplomas will be held until all student accounts have been cleared.                     (Education Code 48904, 49014).

Caps, Gowns and Diplomas
STHS will provide a “keeper” gown for the 2024 ceremony that will be provided at no cost to graduates. Student measurements for cap and gowns have already been collected by the school.  If you did not complete the requested form and submit your measurements, you will still receive a cap and gown.
Caps, gowns and tassels will be distributed at school after the senior picnic on
Friday, June 7th. After that, you can pick it up at lunch in the ASB office beginning June 10th.

Under your gown wear casual business attire-no jeans or shorts.
High heels do not work well on the football field.
The Mortarboard (graduation cap) is a universal symbol of academic achievement that is to be worn so that the top is level with one point straight forward and the tassel hanging to the right side of the point.
After the ceremony, graduates will go to the Student Union/Quad to receive their official diploma.
Please note that only the diploma covers are distributed during the ceremony.  Graduates who are properly cleared of any outstanding debts will receive their diplomas in the Student Union/Quad after the ceremony.
Diplomas will not be distributed until all accounts have been cleared.
