Fall Term Welcome is TODAY!
We would like to cordially invite all STHS PARENTS to our Fall Term Welcome next week!
We will begin the evening with a brief introduction in the Blue Gym, then transition to Advisory period. From there, parents will attend 20-minute periods and walk from class to class over the course of the evening. Please bring your student's schedule with you. Staff will orient and assist any parents needing direction to locate classrooms. You can expect teachers to share the following at each of your stops.
- Overview of the course
- Highlights of the course syllabus including expectations
- A discussion of how to be "successful" in the class
- Share how we're utilizing FLEX to support student achievement
- A preferred means of communication
If you have specific questions or concerns about your student, please make a time to discuss with the respective teacher. This is not the appropriate time to privately discuss such important matters.

5:20 - 5:30 Advisory
5:35 - 5:55 1st Period
6:00 - 6:20 2nd Period
6:25 - 6:45 3rd Period
6:50 - 7:10 4th Period
7:15 - 7:45 “All About College” in the Student Union - OR- TWBI Meeting A9*

Parents of Freshmen Students
We've had significantly more freshmen enroll this fall from home school programs, other nearby schools, states, and countries than anticipated. As a result, enrollments have continued through this week. This is great for our school and community, but it means that we're needing to adjust class sizes to balance section sizes. Please be advised that counselors may need to make adjustments to your student's schedule for this purpose. Also know that we will work hard to minimize disruption to student schedules. In other words, we look to make as few changes as possible in order to balance class sizes. Thank you for your understanding.
School Meals and Transportation
MEAL SERVICES AND BUS TRANSPORTATION will continue to be FREE for all schools during the 22/23 school year. Here is a link to the Lunch/Breakfast Menus and Bus Schedules.
