STHS Online ATHLETICS registration (english)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS:

1. Go to www.registermyathlete.com (aktivate.com)

2. Create an account (if you have not created one yet): Begin creating your account by clicking on “Login to Register” and then “Create Account”.

3. Add a New Athlete: The next step is to add an athlete. You can do so by clicking the “Athlete Information” tab on the left-hand side of the page and then on “New Athlete”. This only needs to be done once during each athlete’s entire career at STHS. The information entered will carry over from year to year. This information includes your athlete’s contact information and medical information.

4. Register for a Sport: On the Home page, click on “Start/Complete Registrations”, then on “New Registration” to begin the sport registration. You will be asked to choose which sport your athlete is registering for. Follow the step by step registration. The incomplete section to be filled out will show in red. Once sections are completed, they will show in green. There are several steps to complete the registration including agreeing to documents, signing electronically, and uploading physical forms. (NOTE: STHS is listed under the state of NEVADA)

5. Physicals: Physical Exams are valid for 2 years. 9th graders, 11th graders & new athletes are required to have a physical exam done. Parents have the ability to upload the physical form to the system. Uploaded documents will need to be verified by the admin at the school prior to be accepted as complete. (If a document upload is rejected for any reason, the parent will receive an email with the rejection reason. After the error has been corrected, parents will be able to re-upload the document for verification). If your student has a valid physical exam on file at the school, admin will verify the date and clear this requirement.

6. Complete Registration: Your registration is complete once all items on the checklist have been completed and requirements have been verified by the athletics office. Registration Clearance Due Dates for 2024-2025 school year: Fall 8/3/2024 / Winter 11/16/2024 / Spring 2/15/2025

Failure to have online registration completed on seasonal clearance due dates, will at least, result in delayed eligibility to participate.
(10 days of practice must be completed by athletes prior to first competition)

INSCRIPCIÓN ONLINE DE ATLETISMO STHS (ESPAÑOL)

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LOS PADRES:

1. Vaya a www.registermyathlete.com (aktivate.com)

2. Cree una cuenta (si aún no ha creado una): comience a crear su cuenta haciendo clic en "Iniciar sesión para registrarse" y luego en "Crear cuenta".

3. Agregar un nuevo atleta: el siguiente paso es agregar un atleta. Puede hacerlo haciendo clic en la pestaña "Información del atleta" en el lado izquierdo de la página y luego en "Nuevo atleta". Esto sólo debe hacerse una vez durante toda la carrera de cada atleta en STHS. La información ingresada se trasladará de un año a otro. Esta información incluye la información de contacto y la información médica de su atleta.

4. Regístrese para un deporte: en la página de inicio, haga clic en "Iniciar/Completar registros", luego en "Nuevo registro" para comenzar el registro deportivo. Se le pedirá que elija en qué deporte se está registrando su atleta. Siga el registro paso a paso. La sección incompleta a completar se mostrará en rojo. Una vez completadas las secciones, se mostrarán en verde. Hay varios pasos para completar el registro, que incluyen aceptar los documentos, firmar electrónicamente y cargar formularios físicos. (NOTA: STHS figura en el estado de NEVADA)

5. Exámenes físicos: Los exámenes físicos tienen una validez de 2 años. Los estudiantes de 9.º grado, 11.º grado y los nuevos atletas deben realizarse un examen físico. Los padres tienen la posibilidad de cargar el formulario físico al sistema. Los documentos cargados deberán ser verificados por el administrador de la escuela antes de que se acepten como completos. (Si la carga de un documento se rechaza por algún motivo, los padres recibirán un correo electrónico con el motivo del rechazo. Una vez que se haya corregido el error, los padres podrán volver a cargar el documento para su verificación). Si su estudiante tiene un examen físico válido archivado en la escuela, el administrador verificará la fecha y borrará este requisito.

6. Registro completo: Su registro se completa una vez que se hayan completado todos los elementos de la lista de verificación y la oficina de atletismo haya verificado los requisitos. Fechas de vencimiento de la autorización de inscripción para el año escolar 2024-2025: otoño 3/8/2024 / invierno 16/11/2024 / primavera 15/02/2025

No completar el registro en línea en las fechas límite de autorización estacional resultará, al menos, en un retraso en la elegibilidad para participar.
(Los atletas deben completar 10 días de práctica antes de la primera competencia)
