Class change Request
Schedules are available to view on Aeries at this time. If you need to change something in your schedule, you MUST follow the information noted below. Please keep in mind that the STHS counselors receive hundreds upon hundreds of schedule change requests, so please be patient with us! We do our absolute BEST to get you the classes you WANT, but our classes are impacted and many of our courses are only offered once or twice and might not fit your schedule. That being said, enjoy your final days of summer, and we look forward to seeing you all on Monday!
Here are a few things you need to know in order to start the year off strong:
1. Schedules are available to view on Aeries.
2. There are only certain reasons you are able to change your schedule. Please see the diagram below with the appropriate reasons to request a course change.
3. If you fall into one of the categories for requesting a class change, please see Norin in the counseling office to pick up a HOT PINK Course Change Request Form. This form must be thoroughly filled out and signed by a parent.
4. You have ONE WEEK the FIRST WEEK of school, to request a course change. The deadline to submit your form is Friday August 30 by 12:45 pm, the end of lunch.
5. Counselors will NOT be seeing any students the first week of school due to schedule changes. Once they receive your Course Change Request Form they will determine whether or not a change can be made and will email your SCHOOL EMAIL to inform you of what they have done. Please check your SCHOOL EMAIL DAILY!
