STHS Record Request 

Available Records:

  • Official Transcripts: Official transcripts serve as formal proof of graduation. They are signed, stamped, and sent in a sealed envelope.
  • Unofficial Transcripts: Unofficial transcripts are not signed or stamped. They can be picked up, mailed, or emailed as needed.
  • Immunization Records: Immunization records are available for students who graduated from 2005 onward. Older records may be accessible on a limited basis.

Please Note:

  • We do not retain or provide copies of high school diplomas. If you need proof of graduation, please request an official transcript.
  • Parents/guardians cannot request records for students over the age of 18.

 

For Current Students:

  • Seniors who need transcripts for scholarships or college applications prior to graduation.
  • Current students or their parents/guardians needing transcripts for school transfers, insurance, internships, etc.

Please complete the Transcript Request Form and submit it to the Registrar’s office, or submit your request online via Parchment.com.

Parchment for Alumni and Former Students: South Tahoe High School has partnered with Parchment to securely order and send transcripts for alumni and former students. Visit Parchment.com to submit your request.
